Das Apartment war an sich ganz schön, da wir die Erstbezieher nach einer Renovierung waren. Nette Einrichtung, neues Schlaf- u. Badezimmer, neue Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten. Leider waren die Rauchmelder wohl nicht richtig verkabelt. Weshalb gleich mal am ersten Urlaubsmorgen, ca. 8:30 Uhr, ein Hausmädchen mit einem Techniker unangemeldet, ungefragt und ohne zu klingeln im Vorzimmer von unserem Apartment standen. Zu der Zeit hat meine Frau noch geschlafen und ich kam gerade in Unterwäsche aus der Toilette. Nicht gerade der beste Start. Nachdem am Vormittag der Techniker mit Straßenschuhen mehrmals ins Apartment kam und durch alle Räume und vom Couchtisch bis sogar ins Schlafzimmer seinen Schmutz verteilt hatte, waren wir an der Rezeption. Kurze Zeit darauf kam eine sehr höfliche, nette Dame von der Gästebetreuung und siehe da … in kürzester Zeit hat Sie alles koordiniert und die Probleme in unserer Abwesenheit gelöst. Besten Dank nochmal für die wiederhergestellte Privatsphäre! Der Rest war wie von 4-Sternen zu erwarten und wurde sogar teils noch übertroffen!

120 Euro cleaning bill for 4 nights!

We were not warned about the ridiculous cleaning bill added onto our room bill. 120 euros is outrageous, especially when l left the room cleaner than when we arrived. It completely overshadowed what was an enjoyable stay.

Dejlig, ren lejlighed med god udsigt over byen og bjergene. Rigtig fin spa-område, og pga. lavsæson havde vi det næsten for os selv. Søde og imødekommende personale. Ligger lige ved en lift, der bringer dig op på bjerget hvor der var en slags skattejagt.

Overpriced and Cleaning fee!

If you book be aware of the fine print that they will charge a cleaning fee. We got hit up with a 90 Euro cleaning fee and I see in the fine print that they can charge up to 120 euro. We only stayed one night for approximelty 10 hours and had to pay 90 Euro which was outrageous! There are many other hotels in this town and elsewhere that will not charge this fee. Choose wisely! The hotel staff also disappear after 8:00PM and ask that you call ahead if you will be late. They will then leave the keys on the front desk for anyone to grab (if your lucky they will be waiting for you). Overall the room as very clean and big but not worth the cost of the room and cleaning fee. WiFi was also terribly slow.

Adler mukavaan ja ylelliseenkin perhelomaan

Adler on erinomainen valinta mukavaan ja helppoon lomailuun. Sijainti on poikkeuksellisen mukava, päähissin vieressä ja kaikki palvelut on kävelyetäisyydellä. Myös hotellin pihapiirissä toimiva välinevuokraamo tarjosi uutukaiset monot ja hotellin asukkaana sai vielä pienen alennuksenkin ja hinta oli kilpailukykyinen. Spa oli miellyttävä, 4 erilaista saunaa toimivat moitteetta ja ulkoallas oli nautittava lisä.

No tan bien ubicado como parecia

Elegimos el hotel para una semana de esqui en familia con niños de distintas edades. El hotel se encuentra Razonablemente cerca del centro del pueblo pero en el extremo contrario al punto de inicio y finalizacion de las clases de esqui, por lo que aunque esta muy cerca de uno de los remontes, su ubicacion no es buena para empezar y terminar la jornada de esqui. Por otra parte a pesar de que cuentan con un servicio de shuttle para acercarte a las pistas este solo funciona en un horario muy limitado y no da a basto para los huespedes del hotel. Ademas cuando te sales de ese horario y contactas con recepcion el personal no es capaz de ofrecer soluciones o ayuda, como nos sucedio cuando nos cerraron la conexion de regreso esquiando en un pueblo cercano y alcanzabamis a recoger al menor de mis hijos.

Beautiful hotel.... awesome for kids.

We just came back from Adler and we had a wonderful time. Please be aware that if is winter time you will need tire chains. The hotel is just like the pictures. They have an awesome play room that our toodler enjoyed as well as our 11 and 12 years old nieces. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We book not knowing that everything around was pretty much close and looked like a ghost town, but they point us on the right direction and we had a blast. The rooms are just like the pictures. Very modern and confortable. They even help us to get our car out of the hotel as we forgot our tire chains....

Sehr schönes Hotel im super Skigebiet.

Sehr nettes Personal in einem schönen großen welness Hotel. Wir haben spontan eine wunderschöne Suite mit drei Räume bekommen, obwohl wir eine kleinere Suite gebucht haben. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und kurze Wege zu Skilifte. Ich würde jeder zeit wieder hinfahren.

فندق جميل ينقصة التنظيف اليومي للشقق

اقامة جيدة أخذ مني 107 يورو مايعادل 500 ريال سعودي لتنظيف الشقة من بعدي وهذا مبلغ مبالغ فية انا سكنت عندهم 8 ليالي لايوجد تنظيف يومي انما فقط تغيير المناشف فقط كل حجز مستقل يوخذ علية مبلغ تنظيف وهذا احد العيوب الموجودة بالمنتجع

Great hotel, lovely staff. Rooms very nice - ours had agreat view. Especially loved the possibility to use hotel bikes. The pool and saunas were really nice too.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Hatten das Hotel für uns allein. Essen sehr gut, Spa sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Auch Sonderwünsche wären angeboten worden, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Dieses Hotel bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Es sollte jedoch erwähnt werden, daß erst ab Ende Mai alle Bergbahnen und Gaststätten ihren Betrieb wieder aufnehmen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Adler Resort. Gerne wieder
