"I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...

"+ Renovated and cozy alpine style rooms with modern bathrooms + Decent location: 15 min walk from Gstaad promenade and 10 min walk from Wispile gondola + Very good breakfast: extensive buffet with many local products (cheeses, honey, jams, charcuterie) + Very good restaurant on-site: equipped with a proper wood-fired pizza oven, the restaurant delivers delicious meals + Private spa: 1 hour private session at the spa (sauna, steam, cold showers) can be booked the day of + Outdoor Biopool available: (I have not used it due to relatively cloudy/rainy weather during my stay) + Free mountain / eBikes available to pick up from store across the hotel (I have not used it) + Plenty of free parking available in front of the hotel - Small fitness salon: there is one machine that can be used for multiple compound moves; however, there is no proper instruction manual provided (hotel should print this and leave it in the gym area) - Ineffective hair dryer: the small hair dryers in the rooms definitely need to be upgraded (at a minimum to the one that is provided at the spa)"
