initially the room temperature were cool enough, 21ยบC. When I complained, the receiption promised to send me the technician by tomorrow. When I insist, she promised to find one soon who never come till over an hour. When I chased, she suddenly ask the kitchen man to came my room who finally overcome temporary. Tomorrow morning I complained cause of insomnia due to cold in the room. Finally she called a man to brought the heater fan to overcome. Basically the receiptionist was reluctant to do better services.

Great place to stay, rustic motel approx 20 minutes drive from town. You are in the middle of nature! Lots of hiking trails surround you- fabulous for outdoors people. You get free wifi, rooms are small but clean. Walls are paper thin though and you can hear your neighbours. Buffet breakfast always has different options every morning and a shop is onsite open till 930pm.

We stayed in the hotel part of the resort, but there is a hostel and log cabins available also. Ideal centre for exploring beautiful Lapland. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Food in cafe area good. Try to get a room facing North so you can see the aurora at night. Would stay again.
