"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. And the “director” (manager) of the hotel was too arrogant to make time to speak with me about my concerns. The staff were nice enough, but the management is off the charts stupid, arrogant, or both. This place does not deserve your business."
