A genuine five star boutique hotel & experience
"Felt luxurious and special in every way; the family especially enjoyed the pool/s, spa and games room. We ate at both Brasserie 1809 and Spielboden by The Capra; from the stupendous breakfasts available and wide choice of delicious cuisine it was an undoubted highlight!"

"The person managing this property was very invasive. Visiting my house multiple times per day as well as watching the cameras excessively. Made me feel very uncomfortable, the property is also very far from city centre (20 min walk) Would not stay here again."

VERY NOISY - CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR
"The place is currently 20 feet from a major construction site (Next Door). The construction workers started everyday at 7:00 AM and lasted almost until 7:00 PM (19:00). In the morning you get "wiped off your bed". We think that it is very unfair that the responsible for this site posting did not ..."

Saas-Fee was beautiful! It was an idyllic Swiss mountain town with a lot to offer in the summer season. The views changed several times a day as the clouds came in and out. The hiking was fantastic with lots of "visitors" along the way.

It was a charming city but really out of the way. I might choose to spend another day in Zermatt next time.
