Private: small garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 70 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 70 m. Shop 1.6 km, bus stop 200 m. Cable car 1.6 km, cross country ski track 50 m, ice rink 1.6 km. With client card, guests receive discounts on ski lift and free regional buses in the Saas Valley.

Exit to the garden, west facing position. 1 small room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine (extra), baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Parking (3 cars) at 70 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
