"I stayed in July. Having the central air was great and appreciated. It's a great location--close to town square, golf, and you can cross the street to pick up the hiking trail by the river. The house layout is great, beds are comfortable, and Jennifer is super responsive. Had a great week, would come again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It worked out great for 10 people, 3 generations of family. Lots of stairs was a little hard for grandparents. Loved that both king bed rooms on the 2nd floor had their own bathroom. Top floor had nice family room! And 4 kids ages 14, 12, 11 and 10 sleep well in the bunk bed room because of the cozy alcove too. Deck had lovely sunset views. Everything was well appointed. Thank you!"

"Great locationQuiet neighborhoodKitchen, bathrooms, bedding clean but entire condo looks worn.Outside the condo both front and back yards would get a terrible rating. A previous renter left chicken bones scattered in the backyard which my dog found before I did. A previous renter also hid trash bags in the wood bin that contained garbage and stunk. To the credit of the Vacasa staff local to Waterville, these issues received prompt attention for which we are grateful."
