Enjoy a peaceful, renovated duplex in Senegüé, ideal for up to 4 guests. This cozy space features 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a shared garden.

Layout:

First floor: living room-kitchen and half-bath without a shower.
Upper floor: double bedroom (with a king-size bed), bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom, and two balconies.
The accommodation includes air conditioning on the upper floor, Wi-Fi, towels, a cleaning kit, a welcome coffee, and toilet paper.

Located just 30 minutes from the Panticosa ski resort and 37 km from Formigal, the village offers a natural setting and dining options within walking distance. Huesca and Zaragoza are within easy reach for day trips.

Outdoor parking and some facilities are shared with other guests. If you need additional assistance, we’re here to help.

Baby gates are available. If you’re traveling with young children, you can request them when making your reservation, and we’ll set them up before your arrival.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failurereturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
