"This place is quite off grid and very remote. That was perfect. The lake view was great. The hosts were lovely. My main concern was about the fact that it wasn’t in great repair. The doors and windows were not super secure or easy to open and close. I also didn’t love that we got charged extra for wanting sheets and towels. It’s the only place I’ve ever stayed where I got charged for linens. Nonetheless, Jen was lovely, and I appreciated the local flavor of the area."

"Such a wonderful home for our extended family to stay in! Carl and Donna were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. The home was even better than we expected. The pictures truly do not do it justice. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
