"1. They told us child is not invlusded so they charged us 200DKK extra but it was in the booking, they told us they recwivwd reservation only for 2 adults but no child and Hotel.com will return the payment that one.
2. There is a lot of smell in the room and toilet, even small insects in the reeom enen 1 was in the blanket, there is a lot of dust and dirty things in the window door. It was 1 of the bad hotel ever I seen."
