"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "Great place, far from the world, with a great view on Mount Omu. Spa and pool are great as well (even if we shared them with a family with awful kids...). The only thing was that we booked for 3 with our 6-year-old daughter who had no bed because considered as "sleeping with parents in a king size bed". "Front desk staff was not very helpful or engaging. There is no option for breakfast at the hotel, but you can get breakfast at a hotel down the street whether you purchase breakfast included or not. There are also a few restaurants right down the hill. Room was clean and plenty of space. Bathroom was very small. "
