Luxury property with pool in Tourraine

Beautiful house of the seventeenth with courtyard and park fully enclosed on 1 Ha; in the heart of the castles of the Loire. Property completely renovated in 2018 with taste and authenticity. Our guests will find in this family house and its dependence tranquility, calm and comfort (Chbre rdc, air conditioning, wifi, outdoor games).
Heated and secure swimming pool of 11m x 4m (realization summer 2018) in the park.
Property in the center of the listed village (Château de Balzac, Atelier Calder). Amenities (bakery, grocery, post office) on foot. Free tennis in the village.

The rental price includes linen, laundry, cleaning and concierge services.

Main house: 2 big adults bedrooms (30m², beds: 180cm) with their private bathrooms and WC. One of the two adults bedrooms is equipped with a single bed for children
Outbuilding: 2 adult rooms and 1 dormitory with 4 singles beds or 3 singles and 1 adult. 1 shared bathroom and separate WC.

The "chateaux" of Loire Valley among the most emblematic are between 5 and 20 km from the house (Azay le Rideau: 5Km, Villandry: 6Km, Langeais: 15Km, Ussé: 20Km, Chinon: 20Km, ...). Many other castles and tourist places to discover (vineyards, zoo, troglodites, journey one the river,...)

Très belle maison dans laquelle nous avons passé une superbe semaine ! La propriété est idéale pour des personnes de tous âges, tout est disponible dans la maison.Peut-être 1 ou 2C de plus dans la piscine auraient ajouté à l'excellence du lieu.Et carton rouge pour les poules qui ne nous ont pas pondu un seul oeuf :-)

De très beaux chateaux à visiter près de la maison. Du canoë kayak sur l'Indre. Visite de moulins ... et trampolie, balancoire, cueillette de framboises dans le grand parc ombragé ... et ramassage des œufs pondus par les deux poules... et piscine parfaitement propre

Very nice property, everything is well equipped and nicely organised. Saché is a nice little town (we understood why Honoré de Balzac enjoyed to stay here) with a grocery store and a delicious bakery within walking distance. Amazing spacious garden. Very friendly hosts.

Deze vakantiewoning is perfect voor zowel kleine als grotere kindjes. Er is een zalig zwembad, dat helemaal kan worden afgesloten. De tuin is een paradijs: fruitbomen, veel schaduw en veel plezier plezier voor de kinderen. Het huis voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Een aanrader!

Amazing experience at a fully refurnished XVII century maison

Extraordinary!!! The house is amazingly beautiful, combining old and modern. Fully equipped and very comfortable, including a climatized swimming-pool. Location is good, in a very cosy village closed to many castles and nice places to visit.
