"It’s a nice place to stay and the friendly staff are always around since they also run the boat tours, so it’s easy to get help if you need it. We didn’t partake in the breakfast because we had other arrangements but the room was nice and clean. The only thing I would change is the bed. It’s a little on the hard side so I had to put towels down to soften it. A nice mattress topper would do the trick but otherwise we enjoy staying here!! "

"We enjoyed staying here. It is off the 'beaten path" enough to not have to deal with crowds. But also close to many attractions. Rick did a great job telling us what to be sure to see in the area. The Pool house is very comfortable, all you may need was there. Our only disappointment was it is not available during the winter! Great job to the Martin's!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The master bed and bath on the ground floor was great. We had a 94 year old and another person with mobility issues. The house was perfect for them. The view was fabulous and great for bird watching. The house is within easy access to Sackets Harbor."
