Filled with natural light and coastal charm, the cottage features:
2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom / Outdoor Shower
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed (changing to King bed September 21, 2025)
• Bedroom 2: Twin bed + Full bed (changing to two Twin beds September 21, 2025)
Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (including infants/children). Please respect this limit — no exceptions.
Living Spaces:
• Bright, modern coastal kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, pull-out trash drawer, and ice maker.
• Fully stocked with dishware, silverware, pots/pans, baking sheet, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more.
• Eat-in dining table for 4.
• Living room with 50” smart TV, sectional sofa, and two chairs (seating for 4).
• Enclosed porch with additional dining space for 4 — perfect for reading, relaxing, or listening to the ocean breeze.
Comfort Features: Ceiling fans and mini-split A/C in each bedroom.
Extras: Washer/dryer in kitchen, outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, and an outdoor grill available starting August 27, 2025.
Location: Steps from the boardwalk at Outlook Ave & Oceanside Drive, leading straight to the sand.

Please turn off the minisplits, the ceiling fans, the tv, and the lights.
Please put all trash in trash bags and into the trash bins outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect little get away

Nice quiet neighborhood! Very close to the beach, which was a plus with two toddlers. The girls had a blast

This property was nicely redone and clean. The bathroom is small but usable, could use an update, which I think is in their plans for the future. The kitchen space is small but offered basic needs. We wish there was more counter space but we made due for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the property and the 3 season porch added a great space for dinners and board games. The home is located just a one minute walk to the beach. Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had and a pleasure to talk to.
