This comfort inn at Saco ME was a good choice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a definite plus for us. Was a great experience overall. Would recommend this.

Convenient and comfy place to stay

Visiting UNE with our son we stayed over this past weekend, very conveniently nearby the campus, very comfortable beds, unfortunately, there was a basketball team so they were rather loud, other than that I recommend this other for its location and comfort.

Checked into my room to discover a big keak in the ceiling and wall. It was late so I did not mention it that night. When I told the front desk agent the next morning they did not offer me any solution and just told me that there is consturction on the 5th floor (i was on the 2nd). Left without finishing my stay.

The cleanliness of the room was way below the expectations. The sheets were dirty, there were food crumbs on the headboard, and trash left on the floor. Staff member were very loud in hallways and in the breakfast area.

The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom and bed were clean, but the room needed to be vacuumed as there were food crumbs all over the rug and dried plaster or concrete chunks on the bathroom floor. We requested that the room be vacuumed, which they responded to politely and quickly. However, it was still barely vacuumed and the floor was left unclean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The free breakfast offered a lot to choose from and was well prepared. Despite the room floor being dirty, we would stay there again.

Similar to the old Hampton Inn service

This used to be a Hampton Inn and I always stayed there because of the location. I decided to try it to see if they maintained the Hampton Inn level of service. Overall it was equal with one exception, single ply toilet paper. Really? That is where you decided to cut costs? I think you could afford a decent sheet of toilet paper for your guests.
