Cozy new efficiency close to beach and shopping

  • This beautiful newly renovated efficiency apartment is cozy and comfortable. Feel like you’re at home when you are here. Only a few minutes drive to multiple beaches including old Orchard Beach and Camp Ellis. Centrally located with easy access to shopping and amenities. This new efficiency is in a duplex building and is one of three apartments in the building. Kitchen and appliances are brand new and ready to be enjoyed. Two parking spaces off street available. Also washer and dryer included in unit.
