Peekytoe Cottage was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion! The location is to die for, the carriage house was ideal for the teenage cousins to have their own space, and the kitchen was the best-appointed one I’ve ever seen in a rental. Also appreciated was the first floor bedrooms for folks who needed to avoid stairs. We had a wonderful time!

We just returned from our second stay at this beautiful ocean house, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered! The views are breathtaking, and the house is perfectly equipped for family gatherings. We enjoyed the beach, cozy evenings by the fire, and exploring the nearby sights. The location is ideal, providing both tranquility and access to local attractions. The property manager was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return next year for another memorable Columbus Day weekend! Highly recommend!

We stayed here with 10 children and 8 adults and never felt cramped. The yard and the proximity to the beach are what made our stay. Plenty of room for the kids to play and it was about 40-50 feet to get to get to the ocean.

Meeting the needs of seventeen adults & children is a tall order but Peekytoe Cottage did just that! The layout, spaciousness, cleanliness and fully stocked kitchen were ideal. The property manager, Nick, was very responsive during our stay as we reached out with clarifying questions. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay!

This is a great house(s) and location. There were 10 of us from 2 families and it is spacious and comfortable. Nicholas responded immediately to any questions we had. We stayed for a long weekend and we hope to come back again

The house and carriage house were both in good shape and are amazingly located! The property has a small beachfront and has access to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the great weather we had. Wish it provided linens and towels, but outside of that highly recommend. Nick was also very easy to coordinate with.

We loved this house!!! Views of the ocean, sun set, moon rise, fire pit and good times. Good views from the bedrooms. It was a great place to stay and enjoy time together. I wish they provided sheets, pillow cases and towels. Would be willing to pay more for this convenience.

We had an amazing stay with 5 families at this beach house! The house fit us all very comfortably and all 10 kids had the best time exploring the beach, the backyard, and the neighborhood. The house is at the end of a dead end street and was perfect for biking and scooter riding! The kids all loved riding over to the general store right around the corner to get candy and ice cream. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely come again :).

Truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere! Wonderful cottage with everything you could ask for. Quiet and relaxing but close enough drive for a fun night out. The only downfall was the extreme heat these last few days - no A/C but lots of fans available. (Even the coastal breeze was lacking) Still enjoyable! Great communication and response from Nick! Would definitely book again!!

What a beautiful property.. We have been going to Maine for a annual family trip for about 25 years and as our family has gotten bigger, we get more cramped on our vacations.. Not here! At one point there were 18 of us at the house and not once did we feel cramped. We hope to rent again next year if the house is still available. Also, Nick, the property manager, was always extremely helpful and answered very quickly when we needed him. Thanks for a great stay!

My friends and I spent a weekend at the beachfront property for a bachelorette and the place was perfect! Everyone kept asking how we found this place because it had everything you needed and more. The beach is directly behind the property and you can visit the Old Orchard Pier just 10 minutes down the road. The property owner left notes around the house with instructions and wifi information which was super helpful. The garage even had beach toys and chairs. One of the nights we had a hibachi vendor come to cook for us in the backyard. Having the 3 tables already in the backyard made it super easy to accomodate everyone for dinner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. As an FYI, there are about 4 parking spots in the driveway with one on the street. We've been told there are side streets you can park on as well.
