Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside. Smoking permitted in the backyard only.

Candles: No candles inside (fire hazard).

Pets: Up to 2 (pet fee charged at booking). Must be potty-trained. Clean muddy paws before entering. No pets on furniture. Please pick up after your pet in the yard.

Plumbing: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Damage: Please report breakage via the app immediately. Stain remover is under the kitchen sink.

Parking: Driveway parking. Do not park in front of neighbors` homes.

Security: 2 Ring cameras at the entrance (exterior only). August Smart Lock auto-locks after 30 minutes.

Electronics: Do not unplug anything; some devices operate the door lock and doorbell. Unplugging the router may lock you out.

Utilities: Please turn off lights and AC/heater when leaving.

Lost Items: We cannot package and ship items left behind.
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher (we`ll put them away).
Start a load of towels (we`ll switch them to the dryer).
