Beautiful 2 Bedroom Suite and Bath W/Private Entrance. Very large, quiet, clean 2 rooms with private bath. It has king and queen beds. No kitchen access, but the room has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, boiler, paper goods, utensils, coffee/teapot, and a table for cold food preparation. WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps.

My Place is located in the heart of Citrus Heights near the intersection of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Avenue. Very close to the Sunrise Mall shopping center, where you can find all kinds of entertainment like a movie theater, bar, places to dine, buffets, coffee shops, and lots of stores. There are many parks in the surrounding area as well. We are only 10 minutes from Folsom Lake and 15 minutes from Folsom Premium Outlets.

You will have your own private 24 hours front door access with your own key, and full and entire privacy during the stay.
There is two bedrooms in this apartment.

The first bedroom features a little kitchenette with a small refrigerator and is complete with all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as a teapot, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave.

You will fall in love with our extremely comfortable king-size bed with luxury European-style cotton bedding.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is also furnished with high-quality luxury European style cotton bedding and features a large closet.

We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. I will for check them out and use this owner again.

Beautiful place.

Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.

Nice little place

Quick visit to my daughter. There are only three rooms in the entire place. The one bedroom has the coffee station, the small refrigerator, the table and the TV. So that is not a shared space. It worked out quite well for us, however

Citrus Heights, CA family visit

Misleading

Please pay close attention to the pictures, you get exactly what you see. No kitchen with a stove (to cook simple breakfast), only sink is in the bathroom (where you're expected to wash the plates and cups you use--that drainer in the picture that sits between the bathroom sink and the toilet, it's really there--to wash your dishes and let them drip dry, in the bathroom--next to the toilet!) and no overall living room/family space to chill during the day to watch TV or relax. The temperature is controlled by the owner, so our December stay was very cold. The owner provides an electric heater, but who wants to drag that around to each bedroom and bathroom? Even the hallway was cold! So, to summarize, if you need a place to sleep for a night during the spring or fall when the temperatures aren't extreme, this is the place. But if you're looking for a place to stay for a 5 day visit in the Winter or Summer, you may want to find a place that gives you control of the thermostat, has a stove, a kitchen sink, and a room for the family to hang out togther.

Nice but noisy

The place is very clean and nice, great neighborhood. The AC and the fridge are so loud it kept me up every night. In addition the crying infant woke me up in the middle of the night. The walls are very thin between the house and the rental. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper like myself. I actually checked out a day early and stayed with a friend to get a solid night's sleep before having to drive 10 hours back home. I won't stay here again.
