"No room cleaning service, breakfast was given as I big favor. The sink and shower are a disaster. Noise all night. One towel was given for each guest. No space or hook for towels in the bathroom. An employee brought breakfast after being distracted from cleaning a room without washing hands in between. "

"Amazing view, ask for the 4th floor! Also please be aware that if you are staying here during their summer time that there is no ceiling fan, air conditioning and no mosquito net for the door/windows. Other than that we had an amazing stay and the their breakfast was pretty decent. "

"This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. "Dislike - Some mould in shower. Rooms may not have been attented to well as protests had caused lockdowns. Service by Carlos was great though - he let us leave bags there after checkout while we were at M Picchu."

"Joel and Cidelia were amazing hosts who treated us like family. Joel built his home and the sky domes from scratch. We had the wonderful opportunity to cook with Cidelia and have dinner with their family. The domes were awesome. It does get a little cold, but they were more than accommodating with blankets. Be prepared to glamp. The location and views were amazing. We enjoyed beer and a beautiful view overlooking the valley on the mini bar near our sky dome. "

"Amazing communication with host! The home is just as the pictures describe. We didn't want to stay in a crowded and busy hotel so this property provided us with an intimate place for my family.
