"It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up...

"The rooms in this casita are just right in terms of size - plenty of room! Nice high ceilings give it an open feel. The kitchen is small but completely adequate for our needs. The shower was great! We will definitely stay here again."
