"Property is old but clean. Faces the lake/sea, which is beautiful. During winter it is very quiet so makes the property which is also old, a little scary. Am sure it is different in spring and summer. There is a good little family run sushi and sashimi restaurant within 2 mins walk."

"宿の詳細が記載された上での評価をします。 GW価格だとは思いますが、この宿で何万のお金の価値は無いです。 BBQだからできるからでしょうか、窓ガラスが脂っぽい汚れがあって不快でした。 ゴミはそれぞれで最後捨てるのですが、前の日のものかわかりませんが、ゴミが残ってて不快でした。 宿からシャワー室が離れてますが、夜に入るのは中々勇気がいると思います、少なくとも女性は1人で行くのは怖いと思います。 海が好きな人は、行っても良いと思いますが価格については、普段と同じ価格設定にして欲しいし、GW価格を付けて販売するほどの価値はここにはありません。"

"民泊なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、 「給湯に時間を要します」との記載があったが、シャーワーを浴びて1分もしないうちに水となり寒くてお湯が出るまで待っていたが、5分待てども一向にお湯が出ないので、冷水のまま流しました。 部屋の鍵は一般家庭にある外からコインで開けられるような鍵に、不安な方は古い南京錠を外から付けるようなタイプです。 あまりそういう状況はないかもしれませんが、１人が先に南京錠を外からかけると、中の人は閉じ込められて出られません。 飲食店も佐渡島事態が閉店が早いですが、20時には閉店時間となるところが多く、近場のお店へは階段のある坂道を片道15分位は歩くことになります。帰りは登りの階段と坂道なので更にかかります。 ..."
