"Overall, the hotel experience was really good. The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. When I asked about playing Arabic music, I was told that it was not allowed, which was honestly disappointing, especially for Arabic guests who...

"Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced.. "

"I never get the room, the renter never give the room number, he never answer at my questions on the message I sent, the phone number didnt work, the description are wrong : no beach, no spa, no gym... the swiming pool was ugly (water was green). I have to rent an other room. Its hard to contact VBRO (only by phone and the line have been cut) and Expedia cant help."
