"We have the best view our room overlook the Red Sea. The pool was clean and the property was spectacular. The only thing the property miss out is the sunset. I love the property very very beautiful hotel. Staff are helpful and rooms is clean. Breakfast is awesome."

"The Marina single street is full of restaurants and each of them eager to get your business, food is mediocre in all Egypt unless you go to a 5 star hotel restaurant. The Blue Bay beach is relaxing and very small. I bought an excursion in the hotel and paid in US dollars and had to cancel due to being sick and they returned only half of what I paid. The strange thing was that they never gave me any receipts, not at the begining, nor at the end."

"Its was a horrible stay i booked my mum and dad in who are 63 and 71. The room they were first given was very very far away fro everything, as per the hotel.com app the hotel has parking available. This is untrue they had to park their car on the road side. The room was dirty. When they approached the hotel staff initially they were incredibly rude and told my parent they had to come back after 3pm which was several hours later. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from this or any hotel. When we asked for a refund we were told we will not be given a refund which was not ok as we were very disappointed. We will never be going back to this hotel"

"We had a wonderful holiday and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. Housekeeping did a great job. The food in the main restaurant was always delicious, in fact, after one week we all gained some weight! 😊 We also visited the Oriental and Indian à la carte restaurants. Both were tasty and offered an interesting experience with different flavors and атмосpheres. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I would especially like to highlight Meryam at the reception — she was professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist us. The only downside during our stay was the very loud music by the pool on Friday when they organized an event with huge inflatable mattresses. The music was extremely loud and lasted for about four hours. Unfortunately, our child could not fall asleep in the room because of the noise. Overall, however, the hotel is very quiet and pleasant, at least in February. We were also lucky with the weather. There were only two days with a cold wind, and the rest of the time we enjoyed beautiful sunshine. The hotel territory is well-maintained and beautiful, with many nice spots for photos. There is also a souvenir shop, as well as a spa offering massages, saunas, and a jacuzzi. We would happily recommend this hotel and would consider coming back again."
