The heated saltwater pool (open April-Nov) hot tub, fenced in yard & deck gets sun all day. Located in the village of Sag Harbor, steps from the Bay and Main Street & all the Hamptons has to offer. Come feel the vacation vibes as soon as you arrive. The central location, luxurious finishes, breathtaking sunsets on the sandy beach make this the perfect year-round getaway. Intelligently designed, sparkling clean, tech-savvy designer house with all new appliances, finishes and furnishings. Every detail was considered for maximum enjoyment. Large wood deck for enjoying the outdoor space in all seasons. Heated, landscaped gravel garden with no pesticides and a sunny saltwater pool located just up the block from a gorgeous sandy bay beach and 1 min drive into the Hamptons' best town. The chic and modern kitchen has all new appliances and everything you need to entertain in style. A all-house water filtrations system means you can cook and shower knowing your water is fresh. The new gorgeous tiled bathrooms feature a soaking tub, spa shower and plush cotton towels. Airy and open floor plan perfect for entertaining with 6 skylights the Sun-Filled Living, Dining & Den leads to a Large Deck Overlooking the heated pool that gets sun all day. In the evening, enjoy wine and bay breezes (and s’mores) by the outdoor fireplace. All beautifully furnished for perfect indoor/outdoor living by the bay.

With two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs- each floor has a kitchen, shared living space (both with oversized smart TVs) and a luxury bathroom. In addition there is another tv in the downstairs master. It’s perfectly laid out for privacy and entertaining. The saltwater heated pool is open and serviced for the extended season: April 1-November

The entire home was designed for a warm and welcoming, luxury experience. All new crisp white linens, Brooklinen and Parachute bedding, turkish plush towels, Hearth cabinet fireplace.
In the chef's kitchen you will find all the makings of a high-level cooking and dining experience: Le crueset pots, enamelware, fine glassware, and linen napkins to add to a gorgeously set dinner table.
Poolside you will find a basket full of sunscreen, a basket with striped Turkish pool towels, umbrellas and lounges to soak in the sun.
At sunset, sit with a cocktail and watch the sky change colors over the bay.
Every detail was considered for maximum enjoyment.

Lovely house with lots of room! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a gorgeous yard with pool and hot tub. The neighbors were super friendly and the beach is so close and so beautiful.
