Personell everywhere was friendly, helpful and attentive. If you check in on Sundays check your restaurant options as some might be closed in winter time. Thank you very much we enjoyed our stay at Precise on the island of Rügen.

In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Die besten Zeiten sind wohl vorbei. Für Kinder inkl der Erlebniswelt Splash natürlich super, aber wir Erwachsene stolpern natürlich über die negativen Dinge. Das sollte sich ein Resort mit 4* nicht leisten.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten ein Apartment für 4 pax. Wenn es Abends dunkel wurde war die Beleuchtung bei den Häusern sehr schlecht. Wenn man vom Schwimmbad am Abend nach Hause ging musste man schon eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Beim Frühstück war das Problem, dass oft keine Teller da waren und man warten musste. Lag aber auch daran, dass das Hotel voll war. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche hätte ich mir vielleicht ein paar Sachen mehr gewünscht: Spülmittel, Schwamm oder Lappen und Fliegengitter. Sonst war aber alles Top. Ruhige Lage, tolles Anwesen. Für die Kids natürlich der Indoor- Spielplatz und das Schwimmbad.

Personal war an der Rezeption freundlich, im Speisesaal bis auf eine Person ,naja. Zimmer wurde bei 4 Nächten nicht gereinigt , nur auf Anfrage. Frühstück war okay. Schwimmbad ist super , gerade wenn man mit Kindern da ist. Lage ist schon sehr abgelegen , man braucht ein Auto.

Nach dem ersten Ankommen und der eigenständigen Reinigung des Appartements haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Es wird viel zur Sauberkeit in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben und leider können wir die negativen Meinungen nur bestätigen. Gerade bei den Apartments - hier ist eine Reinigung während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht vorgesehen - hätte ich mir zumindest Putzutensilien gewünscht um das Ganze selbst in die Hand zu nehmen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ließ in der Küche leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gab beispielsweise 3 Trinkgläser für 4 Personen. Von der Sauberkeit abgesehen war das Hotel für uns als Familie perfekt. Das Apartment hatte eine tolle Größe, das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch bis kurz vor 11 noch sehr gut ausgestattet. Das angeschlossene Schwimmbad mit Indoorspielplatz sind wirklich toll. Das ganze Areal ist sehr großzügig und ruhig gelegen, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Es gab ergänzend eine tolle Kinderbetreuung von zwei super netten Damen. Wir haben hierauf vorab nicht geschaut aber unsere Kinder fanden das Bastelangebot und die Damen so toll, dass sie sich jeden Tag, an dem es möglich war, angemeldet haben. Unterm Strich würden wir die Unterkunft wieder buchen und beim nächsten Mal Putzzeug mitbringen.

Jättefin frukost med stort utbud. Pluspoäng! Hela familjen med två vuxna och två tonåringar gillade det. Buffén som erbjöds på kvällen till ett fast pris det var rätt begränsade. Inte så mycket alternativ på menyn så vi körde iväg och åt. Lite synd den Italienska restaurangen inte hade öppet på området.

Unser Appartement war stark abgenutzt und hätte in diesem Zustand nicht angeboten werden dürfen. Die gesamte Anlage hat Potenzial, wenn die längst überfällige Komplettsarnierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Nur das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet hat uns gut gefallen, samt dem Service-Personal im Restaurant.

Ich habe mich mit meinen Enkelkindern sehr wohl gefühlt ,allerdings waren sie Armaturen im Badezimmer sehr ungepflegt, genau wie auch die Dusche , die man kaum nutzen mochte. Sonst hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub .

Slidt, ikke rent. Fx var minigolf fuldstændigt tilgroet. Mange myrer i huset som var overalt. I køkkenet skal man have alt med, herunder bagepapir, salt osv. Wi-Fi virkede ikke det meste af tiden. Personalet virkede mere eller mindre ligeglade. Morgenmads buffeten var kaotisk. Vi brugte det meste af tiden i badeland som var fint selvom det var noget slidt.
