"Was sirprised it was sterile airbnb as opposed to hotel. Lux made me think luxury not under construction. Saw no employee as all done online. Daily housekeeping was emptying the bin. To the point i rationed toiletries through week as didnt bring own. Tv pointless unless you have norwegian account. Central air kicks in 2330-0100 even with all 4 ac controls off. At least it makes change from constant trains. Chosen for location, my fault for not reading reviews. Bed was firm and comfotable."

"We were a family group, 3 generations and the business executive room was perfect. A cot was set up in the room upon arrival and the sofa bed was prepared. All attention was paid to ensure that our arrival was welcoming. The breakfast buffet was superb and the kids loved the pool. "

"Very recommendable! An excellent way to go back in time and relax in av very nice atmosphere whilst doing so. In nice weather you can enjoy the surroundings and beautiful nature, and in bad weather you can just stay indoors and take in every aspect of living in an old Norwegian mansion as they did a hundred years ago."

"Host was always Throughout our stay, we appreciated the host's availability and willingness to assist with any inquiries. However, we encountered persistent challenges related to logistics and parking that left a sour taste in our mouths. Unfortunately, these issues were not resolved despite our attempts to address them with the staff. The lack of a feasible solution to the logistics and parking problems adversely impacted our stay. We believe that the enjoyment of a hotel experience extends beyond the accommodations themselves and includes the ease of access and convenience for guests."
