"Rooms need updating, Fire Alarm was six years expired in my room, bedding was all stained and I could barely open and close the door into my room - needs work. Lots of garbage outback by my room."

"Exterior of the property is well maintained, very clean and fresh smelling when you walk in. The staff are very friendly both prior, during, and after booking. Room wasn’t super clean- there was a lot of hair in the bathroom, dust throughout, and overall needed a deep clean but when they came in the next day to freshen up my room they did a wonderful job cleaning so maybe there’s a difference in housekeepers or an off day, nonetheless I was a lot happier after they freshened it up. Rooms are basic, nothing fancy but get the job done. If I come back to Kamloops I would stay again "

"We booked this stay on the Expedia website (non refundable). Expedia’s site listed this property with a swimming pool. The front desk clerk said there hasn’t been a pool there for years. The room is now used to store furniture. Overall the accommodation is outdated. We requested a room back away from the hiway and were accommodated. There is a lot of traffic noise. There were some work crews staying there, which could be a good fit; cheap basic accommodation. But as a vacation destination, this place falls short. The “Kamloops” magazine in the room also lists this place WITH a swimming pool. THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL!"

"The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly. We had two double beds and two couches. The couches were very dirty and need to be cleaned. The beds were quite comfortable. We kept our shoes on as the floor has seen better days. Very limited parking. "

"The property is really well located and really nice inside. Our issue was the cleanliness of the amenities. There was a large wedding party that left behind a big mess, so much so that we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We also had a few issues with our room; the shower didn’t work properly, the curtains were coming down, and our room was right above the smoking area so we were smelling smoke until late. "

"Had a great stay...unfortunately upon leaving,my car had a homeless person sitting in the drivers seat The front desk summoned the police and they forcibly removed him. I probably forgot to lock my door...it's all on me.."

"Don t stay on the City View side unless you are a heavy sleeper. The Hotel is right next to the train tracks and I heard every train that rolled thru last night. My room was great though, and bed was very comfortable."
