"We had a great time at this spot. We made coffee every morning and took lots of walks to hot spots, especially at night. The air conditioning made hot Barcelona afternoons cool for us. We had excellent wifi access, and communication with Frédéric, the property manager, was simple and friendly (he's just a few meters away). He had great advice for us and even helped us book a train to Madrid. I would definitely stay here again for the price, the convenience, and the comfort."

"Very nice and clean apartment. It is in a great location and convenient to all public transportation and really anything you will need to see Barcelona. The host is very nice and met us promptly for the tour. I definitely would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Barcelona. Just a note that the adjacent property is rather unpleasant to see from the balcony but not really an issue for us."

"We are a family of six, and the location of the apartment was perfect to walk to the Sagrada Familia. We enjoy walks, so it was no issue to walk to the beach and the Gothic Square. The only warning for future guests is to validate the size of your car and the parking spot; it is narrow, and if you drive a comprehensive car, it might not fit the space. We will stay in the future with no doubt."

"The place was clean and relatively spacious - appreciated having three bedrooms. A few things were a little bit unusual, such as not having a place to hang shower towels (only hand towels), but overall, the place was suitable for exploring Barcelona. Location is a little bit off the tourist track, which I actually enjoyed. It is still close to restaurants and bars, and only a 15 minute walk from La Sagrada Familia."
