"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. Dieses Appartement war von der Sauberkeit relativ in Ordnung, allerdings wirklich in einem sehr sehr abgewohnten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.
