Well located while visiting the Fjord, Alma or other cities in Lac St-Jean. The room (queen) was small, but we didn't remain in the room long-time.

Old facilities. Too expensive for this place. Breakfast with minimal service, probably their strategy too minimize the consumption! We found it cheap service!

I booked for a night, when we got there, they couldn't give us a room.due to an overbooking, a software error and the hotel was full. They tried to redirect us to another hotel that didn't accept pets and we traveled with two cats! So we never stayed and will obviously never go back. (Fortunately, we were able to find a room at Comfort Inn.) From what I saw at the reception and bar area, it didn't look as a hotel suited for families, so all in all, I'm glad we didn't stay there. Now waiting for a refund.

The room is ok and the staffs are friendly. However, Breakfasts are not included - we were told when we arrived. Although the hotel gave us some discount, it was not convenient and increased our expenses for the vacation.
