As for the condition of certain furniture, appliances, electrical appliances, grilles and similar items, they may be affected by the salinity and the proximity to the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, pans ...) as well as bathroom utensils (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and gel). We can also find furniture and appliances (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher ...) for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The living-dining room has a flat TV as well as the main room. The bathroom on the second floor has a bidet and bathtub.

As for the rooms, each one has individual air conditioning. The double room has a terrace with the most special corner of the house. It has a chill out area to spend pleasant summer afternoons reading a book, sunbathing and enjoying the views and the sea breeze.

The porch also offers a fridge and freezer as well as an utility cupboard and sink to make meals while enjoying the breeze and the pool.
