"We arrived on October 18th around 1 PM and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Assem, one of the most professional and respectful people you could ever meet. He helped us with an upgrade to our rooms, and while waiting for them to be ready, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, honestly above expectations. 🏖️ Facilities: • Pool: Big, clean, and very nice. • Aqua Park: Unfortunately, there’s barely one — just two small slides, nothing more. • Beach: Absolutely beautiful! You can see amazing fish and coral reefs. The beginning of the beach is sandy, and as you go deeper, you’ll find stunning coral areas — perfect for snorkeling. 🍽️ Food: • Savory food: Honestly, very tasty and varied, both for lunch and dinner. ⭐️ Rating: 9/10 • Desserts: This was the weakest part of the hotel. Most desserts weren’t good at all, and definitely not at the same level as the main food. Only one night they served special desserts that were nice. ⭐️ Rating: 2/10 Special thanks to Chef Gaber, who makes the best pizza by the beach during lunchtime — it’s really delicious! There’s also freshly made Egyptian feteer by the beach, which tastes great too. Animation Team: The animation team was friendly, active, and made the atmosphere very enjoyable. Overall, Prima Life Makadi is a lovely hotel with great food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach — just needs improvement in the dessert section and aqua park. "

"The room was wonderful clean large comfy bed very spacious room was kept impeccably clean by very nice staff who other than seeing in the corridor didnt invade your space 😀 they did leave some beautiful towel sculptures decorated with i think hibiscus flowers absoulutly lovely , I only used the spa once as not my usual thing had a wonderful massage my husband also had a massge but went back for his beard to be tidied up . All the staff from reception ,reception porters barstaff , dinning area staff and of course the entertainment crew where are very pleasant helpful annd extremely polite "

"I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this one stands out as one of the very best. The attention to detail and cleanliness are unmatched — every day, staff can be seen quietly working to keep the resort in pristine condition. The level of care and pride they take in their work is remarkable. The staff made our experience truly special. From recognizing my husband and me in different dining halls and remembering our favorite seats and coffee orders, to the gentleman who cleaned our room and added small, personal touches once he got to know our personalities — everyone was genuinely kind and professional. The location is stunning. You can walk right off the pier into crystal-clear water and snorkel over a vibrant reef filled with incredible fish. It’s paradise right at your doorstep. We were surprised to learn that not many Americans visit Hurghada, because this area is absolutely beautiful. For those considering it — go! This is one of the best adult-only resorts you’ll find anywhere. It’s not a party scene — more of a peaceful, elegant retreat for those looking to relax, be pampered, and enjoy true luxury. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. A one-of-a-kind experience we’ll never forget."

"We stayed at Jazz Aqua Marine and Jazz Bluemarine in Hurghada and it was truly an amazing experience. The resort is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The aqua park and water slides are fantastic and kept everyone entertained all day. The service is exceptional. Staff are friendly, attentive, and everything feels well organized. One of the things I loved most is that it’s one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Egypt where you don’t need to queue or hustle for drinks. Everything is easily accessible and well stocked. There are food venues everywhere, with plenty of variety during all main meals and snacks in between, so you’ll never go hungry. The only downside is the beach. It’s very shallow, which makes it great for kids who can’t swim yet, but not ideal for adults looking to swim or snorkel. That said, the rest of the facilities more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a family haven. Relaxing, fun, and stress free. Highly recommended for families with kids. 10/10!"

"It’s not just a great stay — it’s truly elite. Everything at this hotel exceeds perfection. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, and the hotel itself is simply beyond amazing. I absolutely loved my stay — you honestly don’t need to go anywhere else. Just make a wish, and the staff will make it happen! The animation team is talented and keeps the atmosphere lively and fun. The housekeeping team deserves special mention — they clean so well every day that it feels like you’re entering your room for the first time, every single time. It’s also incredibly family- and kid-friendly. Your children can play freely, and you can relax without worry. The food is outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste — just ask, and you’ll find it. When my husband wasn’t feeling well one day, the care we received was beyond words. The staff kept checking on him, and even the hotel manager personally came to make sure he was okay. Their kindness and attention truly touched us. Jaz Elite Asteria is simply superb. We’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend it to all families looking for a perfect getaway."
