It's a lovely place and the staff are wonderful. Our hostess "Nisreen" was so helpful and accommodating. The beach is absolutely amazing with so much wildlife.

The property is beautiful and pools were clean. Food quality was below average and the beer and alcohol selections were horrible, warm beer and the alcohol all tasted similar to rubbing alcohol. Everyone was getting sick and I believe it’s because the ice is made onsite and not properly filtered. I would avoid at all costs.

In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve.

My family and I enjoyed the modern rooms and the beautiful beach of the hotel. The reception were really friendly and kind. The food, however, needs major improvement. They had the same foods everyday and most did not taste good, which is a shame for a nice hotel. My family and I also did not appreciate when one of the security (I think he is the night security in the hotel who was wearing glasses) came to ask/ check my family and I for our hotel ‘bracelets’ whilst we were eating our dinner at the hotel restaurant. This was very unprofessional, rude and embarrassing in front of other guests. The next day, the same person stopped me and asked for my bracelet.

We had a really bad start with the hotel because we had a power outage. The staff couldn’t answer us properly what the problem. They also didn’t say which advantages we had with the golden bracelet. We had to discover ourselves. The staff was friendly and kind and helped us if we needed. The hotel room had some problems like the shower door was broken. the door scraped the floor and was difficult to open. Food was sometimes okay sometimes bad. It varies day for day.

I was at this property two years ago and I was blown away and that’s what brought me back this year. However, I was taken aback and not happy. Everything seemed to have gotten worse; quality, service and overall experience. The hotel was one and now it divided into 3, there used to be 5 slides only 2 now and it just seems that they aren’t maintaining the resort like they did. There also used to be a theater which was in good condition now it’s just run down only a few members of animation do the show and it’s just not very appealing. Definitely not 5 star rating. No effort or money is being put into the facility and it’s lacking everywhere.Food is good, beach is good but this specific hotel is not good. I will definitely not revisit.

Good Stay in General

Positives: Good room, beds, AC, lovely beach sand and crystal water, excellent free drinks on beach, nice diving center with good activities, breakfast and diner are nice, lunch is acceptable, hotel staff are mostly friendly (except reception). Negatives: The reception staff not professional on check with random statements and actions, and not friendly all all at check out (one man show rude style), The main pool is for children with highest depth of 155cm at last spot (the back pool maybe better for adults but no nice view), the majority of rooms do not hv nice views, long distances walking without any golf car for any assistance to guests.

Very nice stay

very good. Pros : staff is friendly (especially Omar from Dinning room and Elsayed from room service), sandy beach, perfect food with variety, nice aqua park. Cons: most swimming pools are not heated in winter.

Awful property. Very rude staff. Rooms stink of smoke. Sales people around the pool are extremely aggressive. Food is abysmal. Drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic were not good. The two good things are the pool and the snorkeling!

Fabulous location on a beautiful sandy beach and corals accessible within a short snorkel. Very convenient for kids and snorkling beginners. Next to the marina and shopping center. Very friendly staff with various linguistic skills, tourists from different countries and variety of dinning options. The rooms are clean but in need for renovations as aging is very obvious in several of them. TV channels are very very limited. Wifi ONLY avilable at Lobby. I would recommend and would go there again and again to enjoy such location, friendliness, and amenities at a competitive price.

Booked the hotel because of the water park it advertised, when we arrived we were told we were not allowed to use it ???? False advertisement , im still waiting for a reply to my email which i sent about 6 days ago ? Room had a leak in ceiling , terrible sunbeds , beer & spirits were disgusting, wouldn't touch this hotel with a bargepole.
