When check-in, the guest house enforced an exact $11 as miscellaneous fee. This $11 was never mentioned under the website of Hotels.com. When I paid $60 in money notes, the guest house refused to give me back the change of $9 and said to keep $9 as tips."

"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"Had a pleasant stay here. The hotel manager was very welcoming. My room was clean and no troubles encountered. No noise at night, had a great sleep."

"Easy access to everything, well recommend for people who rely on public transport.. bus and train station is just few meters away.. location and condition of the room is just perfect for short stay travellers.."

"The staff was super friendly and that is why the rating is high. It’s an old place , clean for what it is inside the room. No windows, bathroom + toilet combined. As a solo traveller it was acceptable for what you’re paying. If not for the staff who was always trying to please it would have been 2 stars - 1 stars based on just the facilities. If you want to just crash, not worry about creepy crawlers, bare bones. Try them out."
