"⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience. Our stay at Iberostar Waves Saïdia was far below expectations. Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. Communication between the hotel and Expedia was also extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service and not the experience we expected from an Iberostar property. Would not recommend."

"I liked the open spirit and overall organization I was not impressed by the diversity in the buffet and the impossibility to book a restaurant via the application or in any other way. I rather have a moroccan staff for the animation so it's more flavored, if I wanted more latinos animation, I would have travelled elsewhere ;-)"
