"2 usesble bathrooms, not 4. Clean but lacking any comfort. One, twoseater sofa for 11 people, no other seating except dining chairs. The cupboards are full of someones effects, this lets the property down. The grounds were lovely but overgrown, balcony views obscured by plant growth, disappointing. The ground was wet all the time because grass was uncut. No hot tub, no spa. No sunbeds. Garden furniture very basic. No WiFi. We paid extra for sheets snd towels but these were very poor; dirty...

The house and setting were beautiful, the pool was an absolute delight, the river was close by and deliciously cooling and everything was high quality, worked well and had been thoroughly thought through. "Très jolie villa à côté de Souliac. Pas très loin de beaucoup de centre touristique du Périgord, une maison très propre et très agréable avec un barbecue et une piscine très calme. Les gens qu’ils ont accueilli ainsi que les propriétaires sont très sympa. Seul petit bémol si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant, prévoyez une petite rampe pour aller à l’extérieur."

"Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille avec des enfants/ados chez Olivier en Août. La maison est très agréable à vivre, très bien meublée et équipée, literie au top. La campagne environnante est très calme et magnifique. Nous y étions pendant la semaine chaude en août, les murs de pierre, la redescente importante des température pendant la nuit et la piscine nous ont permis de passer cette période sans la subir.
