"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. "I was tempted to leave a terrible review to put everyone else off but that seemed perhaps a little unfair. This was the most magical, wonderful place to spend time with our children who were utterly entranced with the ponds and loved every moment in the pools. By day #2, one of our 7 year olds was asking if there are schools nearby and could we just live here? Beautiful gardens, fabulous wildlife (learning the French for hedgehog!), late sunsets and a lovely host. Thank you. "

"At first there was a bit of a mixup regarding accommodation but the owner went out of her way to rectify the situation & was more than helpful. Had a very nice meal at a local restaurant Contine. The breakfast which was included was very good with home made preserves etc. Parking on the street wasn't a problem at all. Would recommend staying in this beautiful historic small chateau. Thank you."

"Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce gîte entre amis et tout s'est très bien déroulé. Le logement est spacieux, propre comme il faut (C'est à dire que l'on s'y sent à l'aise pour vivre et non aseptisé) et parfaitement adapté à un grand groupe. Les espaces de vie sont conviviaux et chacun a pu profiter du séjour confortablement. La piscine a été un vrai plus, très appréciée par tout le monde, surtout en temps de canicule. L'environnement est agréable et calme, idéal pour se retrouver entre amis. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été simples, rapides et sympathiques. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésiter pour un séjour en groupe."

"We had a great couple of nights at the hotel. The pod arrangement is unique and makes for a memorable stay. The staff are fantastic and a special mention to Maxim the cocktail mixologist. The spa facilities are excellent with the pool at the perfect temperature. The only slight negative points were, the rooms do not have air conditioning and we stayed during a heatwave. The buffet restaurant is not that great, I was expecting something better given that the other restaurant has a Michelin star."

"Superbe gîte en campagne, tranquillité rt sans voisins. Nous étions 17 personnes entre famille et amis, un vrai moment de détente et de retrouvailles et ce gîte est vraiment idéal pour les groupes jusqu’à 20 personnes avec ses chambres en couchages simples ou multiples (2,3,4) est un atout. Rénové avec goût, on s’y sent bien. L’accueil de Magali est chaleureux, convivial et bienveillant. Nous avions des questions sur le contrat de location et elle a été disponible pour nous répondre, contact facile et efficace. Allez y en toute confiance."
