We are pleased to invite you to discover this haven of peace ideally located in Occitan Provence.
The whole is made up of 3 lodgings.
The house for 8 people and its 2 gîtes for 3 and 4 people were created in an old farm on the edge of Saint André-de-Roquepertuis, a typical village on the heights of the Cèze valley. The Provençal style has been preserved. The rooms are bright and pleasant.
Total surface area : 240 sqm
- the ‘Roses’ house with 8 beds in 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a large independent living room,
- the 'Passiflore' gîte sleeps 4, with a bedroom, shower room and living area with sofa bed and dining area,
- the ‘Succulentes’ gîte for 3 people, with a bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed and dining area.
The Clos Cèze Art can accommodate up to 15 people.
The kitchen at Maison Roses is large enough to cook for a group of 15 people. You can eat on the rose-shaded terrace or in the lounge if the weather is uncertain.
Thanks to its large stone walls, the house has enough thermal inertia to remain pleasant throughout the day in summer.
There is also a barbecue area.
The entrances to the three lodgings are arranged to ensure privacy for all.
The property, set in 1700 m² of land, has a swimming pool (4x9m) set back from the gîtes. It offers a beautiful, unobstructed view over the Cèze valley and it will be perfect for a refreshing dip at any time, particularly after your sightseeing walks.
All 3 gîtes are ideal for getting together with friends or family to enjoy a convivial atmosphere while preserving moments of independence.
The Clos Cèze Art is not a conducive place to loud house parties.
