We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. "I was visiting the isalnd as my daughter was starting Vet School at Ross University. This was a lovely condo in Frigate Bay that is fantastic condition. It's close to the beach and numerous restaurants (go to Coconut Grove Cafe btw), a coffee shop and grocery stores. Best thing about this experience was the host - responds promptly, very helpful about the property and the island in general, and seems to really care about her guests and their stay in St Kitts. I would highly recommend this...
