"It was an okay hotel for one night. We had to go to reception to get the sheets for the sofabed and towels for the 3rd person. It was extremely noisy at night and in the early morning hours with traffic etc from outside. The kitchen worked well for us and the staff were good."

"Staff here are really helpful, pointing out local attractions etc. The room was well equipped and clean and the property is a short walk from the city centre. Parking is available on site or at a nearby underground parking lot at the same price."

"The apartment is helpfully located near Tours city centre and is about a 25-minute walk from the station. It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind. Finally, be warned that there are no fans (let alone air conditioning) in the apartment, so it is stiflingly hot in the heat. I appreciate this is not the host's fault,...

"This was an awful experience. My daughter and I came and when we went to the apartment, there were no keys to get in. We sit around an hour before we can contact the owner who directed to us to another apartment that looked nothing like the original apartment. We told him we need to move to an apartment that’s comparable and he moved us to another area completely. That is not even an old town which is where we wanted to stay. We told him we would pay for the one night even though it’s a...
