"We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Villa Sophia! Here’s what we loved: The Property: The hotel is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful spot, and has such a charming, relaxed feel. The pool was beautiful and so well cared for—we really wish we’d had more time to spend out there! The Room: Our room was exactly what we needed—comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. It made it easy to just settle in and unwind. The Breakfast: There were plenty of breakfast options to choose from, and everything was fresh and tasty. It was a nice, low-key way to start the day. The Staff: The staff were truly one of the highlights. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. It made the whole experience feel extra special. The Atmosphere: The front office had this fun, Hollywood decor that gave the hotel so much personality. It didn’t feel like a generic hotel at all—it felt personal and cared for. Across the board, we really enjoyed our time at Villa Sophia. It’s peaceful, charming, and run by people who really care. We’d absolutely stay here again!!"

"The hotel and all but one of the staff was WONDERFUL! The hotel is chic, clean and all that you would expect of a 5 star experience. The woman who checked us in however was argumentative and made me initially regret my réservation. She disagreed with the terms of my réservation and suggested that it was wrong to book through a service. While one person does not define a destination, i have never before experienced someone with such bad inter personal skills in a similar position. She was training a new representative on our departure so it was not that she was new. All of the other staff members were absolutely lovely! I can recommend this hotel highly."

"You are required to use a kiosk to check in to the property. I paid Expedia and had a receipt but the kiosk was demanding I pay again. I had to wait over an hour for reception to open and sort the issue out. Breakfast was good and location to bus was great. "
