"We stayed in a Superior Quadruple Room, on the first floor. No elevator, and parking is limited and cannot be reserved. So we arrived early (noon) and snagged the last available spot. Bed was comfortable, but the room was too small to even consider opening up the sofabed. Breakfast was good, but not as great as some other stays in France. Quiet at night. Very walkable to all attractions."

"Personnel serviable. Hôtel un peu loin de la ville, il est préférable d’avoir une voiture. Malheureusement le gym n’était pas accessible et un bruit était constant dans la chambre comme si de l’eau coulait continuellement, difficile de dormir avec ce bruit même si le lit était confortable."

"A very enjoyable 4 days stay particularly as I was able to acquire a portable A/C unit from the very helpful reception staff - I arrived in 38C!! Located within walking distance of everything in beautiful Angers but very quiet as it’s in the University zone. There’s a supermarket minutes away as are lovely walks along the river to the château. The room itself was pristine and comfortable. Ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year."

"Great room and had A/C given the heat was amazing. Given a bottle on arrival that can be used for the machine in the hallway offering Britt filtered water cold or warm as well as sparkling water. Wide selection of drinks offered as well as food had no need to leave to go elsewhere. Staff were friendly and informative."

"Wonderful old French house with extensive beautifully maintained grounds. Nice pool area but sloping away from the pool so sun loungers not really possible. Large areas where children can play and two sides of the house to eat outside depending on the sun. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of up to date appliances (but no instructons for use). Large bedrooms some with en-suite facilities, others with shared ones. Only one bedroom had air con but the host had provided fans for the others, We stayed during a heat wave and were comfortable at night. An excellent property. However, we were all badly bitten by mosquitoes. Take repellant and bite cream!The property is managed by Guestadom, a French concierge company. Our contact had unexpected family problems and so our only contact was by WhatsApp messages and some phone calls. She was helpful in supplying us with the address of the local Accident and Emergency department but otherwise we felt that the service Guestadom provided was not what we expected from a professional service. The accomodation notes were lacking many details we would have expected. It was only by reading a set of other instructions that we discovered the house did have wifi as the person showing us round seemed to have no knowledge of the house at all. Not all the beds were made up on arrival, only the number in our party which meant that we could not use all the bedrooms as we wished etc. Overall, though, a lovely property for a large family holiday."
