"We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids happy mum and dad thanks Matt"

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance. Carcassonne easy 20 minute drive from gite. About a hours straightforward drive from Toulouse Airport. We will stay again in the future."

"The property and vibe was very chill and easygoing. Simon gave us a little tour when we arrived and we immediately felt welcome. A great place for families, the pool was a big hit. We petted two cats and a horse and found a few lizards on hot rocks and my daughter chased grasshoppers. Beds were very comfortable and we all fell asleep to chirping crickets and a fresh breeze. The newly renovated bathroom in the family suite was gorgeous but could use a couple more hooks or towel hand towel holder. We all enjoyed staying here and wished we had more time at Domaine de la Fraisse! "

"AMAZING. a must go if you are in Carcasonne !!!! Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay. The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine. "

"This was a fantastic apartment, two good sized rooms that kept cool by being downstairs, the lounge/kitchen was upstairs and perfectly appointed, easy to cook in and comfortable to relax in. The swimming pool was great to finish the days off with a quick dip and the shower / bathroom was great too. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the location was very good to see the whole region."

"A very comfortable Ibis Styles with comfortable bedding. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. This is a rugby themed hotel with paraphenia from all of the great Rugby players worldwide. The hala playing in the lift with rugby ball beer taps etc. Nice pool, lovely staff, clesn hotel with easy checkin and safe parking."

"It's just a motel room really. Comfortable bed, pillow a little firm for me. Free air-conditioning and WiFi. Very clean and the lady on reception is lovely. There is some traffic noise but not too bad. It's situated on a industrial estate about 5km from Carcassonne. I walked it and the French don't seem to believe in pavements, don't do as I did and take the longer scenic route back because you'll have to walk in the road. I'd definitely stay here again."
