"This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. Once I replied stating that I would settle any remaining balance at check-in, the notifications stopped. Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel was preparing to host a wedding. As a result, the restaurant—highly rated and one we had been looking...

"Very clean, modern and comfortable space close to the airport. Not particularly charming, but a good place to spend a night. Really lousy wifi and parking situation and poor breakfast/food options. But very good value. Staff are very hands off."

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Super nuit dans ce gîte, les hôtes ont été très chaleureux et conviviaux. Repas excellent pris en leur présence et échanges riches et intéressant. La chambre et la literie nous ont permis de passer une très bonne nuit avant de faire le piton de la fournaise. Un petit déjeuner nous a été préparé pour cet événement. Nous reviendrons certainement.
