Located near the Sioule Valley, a first-category river, "Verger du Pas de la Sioule" has been carefully renovated by Maryline and Jacques, the owners, who will be delighted to welcome you to their charming property.

It is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. You will appreciate the large green space and its orchard, whether relaxing on the sun loungers or in the garden furniture... as well as the covered area near the cottage for your outdoor meals.
A 5-person hot tub, open from March to mid-November, shared by the cottage and the owners, has been installed outdoors near the orchard. (€12 per hour, for the whole family, payable at the end of your stay) - booking schedule and payment to be made on site with the owners.
Maryline offers magnetotherapy sessions (stress, back, joints, sleep, etc.), reflexology sessions, and naturopathic advice (management of chronic intestinal disorders, etc.). Information and rates are available from the owner. On the raised ground floor, the living area combines a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy lounge. Shower room/WC.

Upstairs, you'll find the large mezzanine bedroom (one 180 x 200 cm bed or two 90 cm beds). From this main bedroom, there's access to a small 6 m² bedroom (a connecting room with 90 x 200 cm bunk beds, more suitable for children). Charroux, voted the most beautiful village in France, is 6 km away, and Paléopolis in Gannat is 10 km away. Vichy, a spa town with its "12 must-sees," is 30 minutes away; Vulcania and Lemptegy, as well as Le PAL amusement park and the National Center for Costume and Performance, are 55 minutes away... and for a refreshing escape, there are must-see natural sites such as the Sioule Gorges and the Colettes Forest... Small dogs are welcome: please ask the owner in advance. The cottage's advantages: heating and electricity included in the price, linens (tea towels) provided, sheets included, and beds made upon arrival.
