Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. "Lovely place we stayed in for a weekend in Saint Étienne! In the centre, the rooms had air con which was so great to come to after a day out. Manager on reception Hugo makes all the difference, very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem ! The breakfasts in the hotel is limited, best to go outside plenty nice French boulangeries. Definitely would come back, we even had a kitchen in the room and a full sized fridge. It’s also a fantastic town to explore that has a lot to offer, parks, museums and independent shops! :)"
