This family home for 6 people will delight you with its ideal location in a quiet lane right next to the Ocean beach.
The entrance hall opens onto a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Upstairs (attic) is a mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds, a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a utility room. Sleeps 6.
Enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace and enclosed garden.
You'll find all the comforts you need for your holiday in this Breton house, close to the shops and the beach.
Parking is available on the property.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking.

Propriété globalement agréable et bien située. Dommage que la dimension des lits ne corresponde pas à l'annonce. Pas de 160 dans cette villa... Par ailleurs papiers peints et moquettes sont vétustes.

Maison avec ameublement très minimaliste et surtout très vieux. Chambres équipées de moquette hors d’âge Équipement de cuisine, vaisselle hors d’âge ( poêlée avec Téflon use, dangereux pour la santé, balaie lamentable) Deco très vieille, très sombre. Éclairage horrible. Prise électrique à revoir , dangereuse Passez votre chemin…. Cette maison ne vous offrira pas un séjour à la hauteur de vos attentes avec un prix de location pas en rapport avec la prestation.

Cette location correspondait bien à la description faite dans l'annonce. Proximité des commerces et d'une belle plage de sable fin. Maison au calme, il manque toutefois une haie plus dense pour masquer la maison voisine.

La maison est tres bien située;commerces,restaurants et plage ne sont pas loin,350m environs.Elle offre une belle surface de vie en rdc et egalement dans les chambres .Les 2 grandes baies vitrées s ouvrent sur le jardin simple ou vous pourrez peut etre apercevoir les ecureuils roux de St Brevin..! fenetre dans le WC et la salle de bain qui meriterait un rajeunissement.Vous trouverez des placards dans les chambres et un sellier ou est rangé le mobilier de jardin et le lave-linge.Les matelats sont parfait dans les 2 grands lits.Nous avons tres aprecié le calme et la tranquilité du quartier.
