"Our stay was great overall. Hotel is very beautiful and very well kept. I would highly recommend The staff was friendly enough. The spa area is very nice, and the massage and masseuse were incredible. Food and drinks are little bit pricey (specially the nachos, I wouldn’t recommend to order them). We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, and the pool was only heated the first day (Sunday) which was a bit of a disappointment. They said it was heated, but you could tell the difference. Cleanliness was overall good, expect for the fact that we found a pair of dirty socks of previous guests. "

"We had a great one-night stay here. The rooms are smallish but have character. The location is perfect especially if you are arriving by train — very close to the station. Situated on the main and active street in Reims. We had a small balcony and a view down to the Main Street, including looking right at the hotel’s period neon sign, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Reims!"
