"Le personnel est vraiment courtois. Le site est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables (photos représentatives). Le spa offre tous les services et soins désirés, et le personnel est vraiment compétent. Nous souhaitons revenir dans le futur !"

"Disappointing experience and customer service. Within approximately 20 minutes of checking into our room, we noticed a bug on the bed that, based on our observation, resembled a bed bug. We were immediately concerned and decided that we were not comfortable staying at the hotel. We left the room and informed the front desk that we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property given what we had found. We had to wait until the following day to speak with the hotel manager regarding a refund....

"Our air conditioner did not work. The staff on hand couldn’t fix it. Brought us three fans to help. But never provided us with a discount of not being able to sleep. The fans were loud and didn’t help. The breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. They don’t provide housekeeping until the third day. The stay was just bizarre and would never stay again!"

"Wonderful hotel, polite and helpful staff, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. All the amenities needed to make our stay perfect. Great breakfast options with plenty of options including proteins, fruit and grains. Highly recommend this hotel"
