We had the room by the pool and pretty much had the property to ourselves every afternoon since the other four guests were off exploring the nearby towns. "This was an amazing place to stay, and a wonderful end to our trip to France. I can't recommend it highly enough, and everything was perfect. It was absolutely serene in its setting, the decor was fabulous, our room lovely. The pool is something I'd like to have at my house......and the breakfast was all that we could want. I plan to return one day. You won't regret your stay here, and the hosts will take good care of you. Next time I'm going for the Jungle Room! "

"We had an excellent experience at Château de Saint-Girons. The property is beautiful and provides a feeling of Aix and Provence that is not replicated in a hotel. The pool and backyard provided a restful oasis. Having breakfast in the yard was a great way to start the day. Just hanging out in the yard under the trees was relaxing. "Beautifu property, quiet and serene but close enough to Aix old town. Florence was such a lovely host, breakfast was always set before we got out of our room every morning. We had a really lovely time. "

"Ma pire expérience dans un hôtel ou maison d'hôte. La maison est très belle est eu certainement un jour son heure de gloire mais elle est aujourd'hui vétuste. En arrivant, la propriétaire nous a informé que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la douche car il y avait des problème de canalisations. Les toilettes était extrêmement sales et une odeur nauséabonde s'en dégageait. La chambre était dans un état de propreté douteux. Les draps semblait propres mais les couvertures sentait fort le tabac froid....

"A very private place just a little bit out in the country. So many birds singing and the view was lovely. The suite is much bigger than it appears in the photos, and the bed was very comfortable. It was too cold to swim when we were there, but there's so much to do in the region that was no problem. Our host, Catherine, was very nice and is a fantastic baker. The breakfasts are unbelievable! "Cesar room was comfortable and reasonable size. Third floor (via stairs) wasn’t too bad. Terrace gave us a nice view if the countryside. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent quality European breakfast."
