"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

However, having specifically chosen this hotel due to its dining option and facility, at check in we were told the dining room was closed to hotel guests as they were catering for a large event. In our opinion, this is unacceptable and in such a circumstance, provision should be maintained for hotel guests especially as this provision forms part of the 4 star rating and nightly price."
